Start-up weekend with digital fragrance

Last updated:

“Get up fast… Don’t go down…” is the leitmotif of start-ups looking to hatch in Bordeaux.

The 6th edition of the Bordeaux Start-up Weekend took place from 14 to 16 October 2016, in the premises of the Digital Campus Bordeauxschool, located in the area of the Basins in Flot. For 54 hours, 75 students and professionals, gathered as a team, became entrepreneurs, having to imagine and set up their own start-up, both innovative and innovative by starting on a viable project. Profiles are varieds, participants from different backgrounds, but they are nevertheless coached by professionals, who are there to answer their questions and advise them in the project. At the end of these 3 intense days, a quick presentation in front of an expert jury took place, where the ten teams took turns presenting their idea, the process and the added value of their start-up.

The winning team, behind the SPREEZproject, will be received by the 1Kubator incubator in Bordeaux for one month. SPREEZ,it is an application that serves students who organize parties, in order to divide the tasks, ensure that everyone participates in the costs (drinks, food)…
But other equally original projects have emerged and have also interested the jury, potentially destined to find their viability in the future, like “Bim” which wants to help companies that seek temporary workers in a short time by centralizing the CVs of available people, all skills combined …

To follow if you do not want the soufflé to fall …
